Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship Australia wide. Flat rate $11.95, free on orders over $75.

We blitz a small batch every week in Melbourne and dispatch your order within one business day.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Regional areas, Western Australia and the Northern Territory can take longer.

Every order is sent tracked. We will send you tracking details once your order is on its way.

We do not offer in store pickup or local delivery for online orders. Our five Blitz Bars sell over the counter as normal.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on nut butters. This is a food product, so once a jar leaves us we cannot resell it.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. Your choice.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@blitzbar.com.au. Send a photo of the jar and your order number. You do not need to post anything back to us.

We will sort it out from there.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
