How it works

You serve yourself here. Fill a bowl, work along the toppings bar, then weigh it and pay for what you built. Nobody decides the bowl for you and nobody counts how much peanut butter went on it.

What is on the bar

Forty plus toppings. Fresh fruit, granolas, superfoods, and the nut butters we make ourselves from two ingredients, nuts and sea salt. Smoothies designed with nutritionists.

Getting here

We are in the Church Street retail village. Middle Brighton station is about 240 metres away on the Sandringham line, a three minute walk. There is parking nearby.
