We're at 459 Toorak Road in Toorak, on Glenferrie Road in Malvern, on Chapel Street in Windsor, on Church Street in Brighton, and on Como Parade W in Mentone. Each store is open 8am to 10pm, every day.
Why Blitz Bar açaí
Most açaí bowls in Melbourne are made for you behind a counter. Same toppings, same proportions, same price for everyone. We took the açaí counter and turned it the other way around.
You fill your own BOWL with our organic açaí blend. You hit the toppings bar, which has more than 30 options at any given time: fresh fruit, house-made nut butters, granola, seeds, the lot. You weigh, you pay, you go. The bowl is yours, exactly the way you want it.
Our açaí is organic, vegan, and sustainably sourced from Amazonian tribes who hand-harvest the berries from the wild. We pair it with organic specialty coffee from our espresso bar — because if you're going to eat properly, you might as well drink properly.

How self-serve açaí works
- Fill your bowl. Pull our organic açaí blend straight from the self-serve machines.
- Top it up. Walk the toppings bar. Fresh fruit, house-made peanut butter, Blitz granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, strawberries, nutella, chia pudding, and more. Build your bowl how you want it.
- Weigh and pay. Pop the bowl on the scale at the counter. You only pay for what you take.
Three steps. No upselling. No "small medium large" guessing game. You build the bowl, you enjoy the bowl.
What's in our açaí
The açaí itself is the same blend across all five stores: organic, vegan, sustainably wild-harvested from Amazonian tribes. No syrups, no fillers, no concentrate. The pulp is what you'd find on the source.
The toppings bar rotates seasonally. At any given time you'll find:
- Fresh fruit: strawberries, banana, mango, blueberries, kiwi, watermelon, passionfruit, lychees
- House-made: peanut butter, raspberry chia jam, Blitz granola
- Crunch: coconut flakes, cacao buckini clusters, chia seeds, gluten-free granola, protein crisps
- Drizzle: Nutella, Biscoff, Pistachio

Where can I get açaí in Melbourne?
Blitz Bar has five stores: Toorak, Brighton, Malvern, Mentone and Windsor. Each open 8am to 10pm every day. All five offer the same self-serve açaí bowl experience.
What's the difference between Blitz Bar and other açaí places?
Two things. First, we're self-serve — you build the bowl yourself, you pay by weight, and you get the bowl exactly the way you want it. Second, we pour organic specialty coffee alongside the açaí, so you get a proper breakfast or post-workout combo without going to two stores.
Is Blitz Bar açaí healthy?
Our açaí is organic, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. It's wild-harvested, with no added syrups or fillers. The toppings bar gives you control over what goes in — you can build a bowl that's heavy on fresh fruit and seeds, or one that's a treat-day bowl with peanut butter and Nutella. Up to you.
Is Blitz Bar açaí vegan?
Yes. Our açaí blend, wholefoods, peanut butter, raspberry chia jam and the majority of our toppings bar are vegan. The few non-vegan options (like Honey) are labelled at the toppings bar.
Do you do delivery?
Yes via Uber Eats and Doordash — for the best experience, you build the bowl yourself in store. For events, we cater. Smoothies, açaí bowls, and custom builds for studios, offices, and brand events across Melbourne.
How much is an açaí bowl?
You pay by weight at our self-serve toppings bar. The average bowl ends up around $13–$18 depending on how you build it.
Do you have a loyalty program?

Is Blitz Bar açaí gluten-free?
Our açaí blend, fresh fruit toppings, nut butters, seeds, and most of our crunch toppings are gluten-free. We also offer a house-made gluten-free granola.
When are you open?
Every Blitz Bar store: 8:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week. Same hours, every location.
Where is Blitz Bar's original store?
Malvern. Our store at 183 Glenferrie Road is where it all started. The other four (Toorak, Brighton, Mentone, Windsor) came after.
